A seasoned professional and a strategic leader with a passion for innovation, Mr. Handa started his professional journey with Indian Hotels Company Limited (Taj Group of Hotels). With three decades of experience in both the culinary and business realms, he possess a keen eye for trends, consumer preferences, and sustainability that drive the company’s growth.
Whether overseeing the development of new products, expanding or negotiating partnerships, he ensures that the company stays ahead of the competition while maintaining its core values.
Known for his decisive leadership style, Mr. Handa is deeply committed to the well-being of his customers, employees, and communities, often-championing initiatives that promote healthy eating, local sourcing, and environmental sustainability.

Mr. Deba Panigrahi
Mr. Panigrahi with an illustrious career spanning 35 years, Mr. Panigrahi brings extensive expertise in the Automotive Industry, Garment export house and Food & Beverage (F&B) Hospitality sectors. His rich background in these diverse industries has equipped him with a unique blend of technical knowledge, operational management, and strategic leadership skills. As the GM Finance & Accounts, Mr. Panigrahi is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and strategies within the organization. His role is crucial in ensuring the company’s financial health, profitability, and growth in a highly competitive and regulated industry. He plays a pivotal role in guiding the business towards sustainable growth and profitability, balancing cost management with innovation in the food industry.

Chef Dharmendra Kumar
Chef Dharmendra Kumar has an impressive 24 years of experience in the culinary field. He is a graduate of IHM Pusa, one of the top hospitality institutions. Over the years, he has honed his skills working with some prestigious hotel brands, including JP Hotel, Neemrana Hotels, Best Western, and Umaid Bhawan by the ITC Group. His extensive experience in the industry speaks volumes about his professional expertise and dedication to the culinary arts

Mr. Heera
Mr. Heera is a former army man who embarked on his professional journey with our company in 2005. Over the years, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication, leadership, and skill, which have led him to achieve the prestigious position of Assistant General Manager (AGM). His journey from the army to a key leadership role in our organization is a testament to his commitment and professional excellence. It’s a senior leadership role in an organization, Responsibilities Overseeing daily operations, Managing staff, Implementing policies and procedures, Ensuring the organization meets its goals, and Supporting essential daily business functions. Showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication to the craft.

Mr. Manoj Kumar
They embarked on their professional journey at Sahara Hospitality, where they gained valuable experience and refined their expertise in food quality management. In 2013, they further advanced their career by joining Rupets Parmaker, where they continued to enhance their skills and contribute to the company’s commitment to high food quality standards. Catering services, bringing a wealth of diverse culinary knowledge and skills.

Chef Sunil
Chef Sunil is a seasoned culinary expert with 15 years of experience specializing in Italian, Japanese, and multi-cuisine gastronomy. Their professional journey spans renowned hotels, restaurants, ambience companies, and 3 years of studies at the prestigious Institute of Hotel Management (IHM). Notably, during their tenure with Vatika and Compass Group, they earned the prestigious “Best Chef” award three times, showcasing their exceptional talent and dedication to the craft.
